Ideal for commercial or industrial loading docks. Choose a commercial sectional overhead garage door if you require thermal protection, security, and windows for natural light or visibility. Sectional garage doors are quiet and produce little noise in windy areas. These doors do require significant space for headroom or backroom, contingent on the application.
Our sectional steel overhead doors are available in 20, 24, and 25 gauge thicknesses, insulated or non-insulated, and in standard sizes ranging from 8’x8′ to 20’x16′. Standard features include: 2″ thick, tongue and groove joint, hot dipped galvanized steel panels, double-coated white finish, aluminum bottom weather strip retainer with vinyl weather strip, galvanized aircraft lift cables, 14 gauge hinges, and 10 ball bearing rollers. Special sizes are available upon request.
Ideal for service doors, security grilles and counter shutters. Commercial rolling doors are suited for high-traffic environments that require maximum flexibility and resilience. Rolling steel doors require little space for headroom and backroom, making them suitable for locations that cannot meet the size requirements necessary for a sectional overhead door.[/text_output] Our rolling steel doors come with slatted or curtain construction in standard sizes ranging from 4’X7′ to 14’X14′. Standard features include 24 and 26 gauge thickness, hot dipped galvanized steel panels, multi-coat baked finishes, bottom weather stripping, oil-tempered steel torsion spring system, and slide lock. Special sizes are available upon request.
Full view doors are perfect for restaurants, car dealerships, service stations, fire departments, or any other application requiring distinctive curb appeal. A full view aluminum commercial door brings visibility, bright natural light, and modern design to your building. The sections are a standard 2-1/8” thick and come in clear, black, bronze, anodized, brown, and white – and many other custom colors are available. Choose from 2” or 3” track in a variety of configurations customizable to most any building’s application.
Rollup doors are available in 26 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel curtain with a baked-on silicone polyester top coat. Roll-formed guides of hot-dipped galvanized steel come in several gauge options depending on your need for security. Self-lubricating wearstrips on curtain prevent metal-to-metal contact and muffle door noise. Curtains are galvanized, hot-dipped steel painted with a tough, oven-baked silicone polyester top coat and primer to provide the most rust-resistant steel door available. A heavy-duty bottom bar withstands the external elements. Full bulb-type bottom weatherstrip ensures proper fit along irregular floors.
Rolling grilles add security without compromising visual access to your location. They are perfect for store fronts, mall businesses, parking garages, schools, convention centers, and a variety of other commercial applications. Rolling grill doors are custom-made to your opening. This door type allows open air circulation through rows of 5/16” inch diameter horizontal rods. Rods are secured to steel or aluminum eyelets on 9”, 6” or 3” centers. Guides are mounted to self-supported steel tubes or wall-mounted angles for maximum security. Grilles can be lifted by hand or with a motor.
Rolling counter doors secure openings above bars and counters or other compact spaces. Rolling counter doors are a popular choice for cafeterias, pharmacies, concession areas, and other applications requiring only partial coverage. Curtains are composed of 22 gauge stainless or galvanized steel, or 18 gauge aluminum. Doors can be raised with manual push-up, chain hoist, manual crank, or electrical motor operation.
Building codes may require a fire rated door in certain facilities. Fire doors are equipped with fusible links that automatically seal the door in temperatures in excess of 165 F. Fire doors can also be wired to descend if the building’s fire detection system is activated. Selected most often for practical drop test compliance and assured effective crisis response, fire doors deliver consistently reliable results. Safe, simple, and repeatable drop testing is now possible in any facility with the flip of a handle. Fire Doors are available in a variety of gauges, slat profiles and colors.
Also known as accordion gates, our heavy-duty, folding steel security gates are an affordable and functional way to secure unprotected openings. Cost effective with complete ventilation and added security, scissor gates can be mounted on walls, handrails on ladders, stairways, elevated platforms, scaffolding and more. Our strong, galvanized steel portable security gates are available in a wide variety of attractive color choices to suit your site’s color scheme.
Strip doors and strip curtains are a great way to reduce energy costs, improve employee comfort, separate workplace environments, and reduce dust and debris. The clear PVC strip curtains are easy to install, economical, and long lasting. Our clear vinyl strip doors come in a variety of strip widths and can be configured for any door or room of any size. Use strip doors for walk-in coolers and freezers, warehouse doors, regulate temperature, or to separate rooms from dust, smoke and debris.
Dock Bumpers are used to provide economical protection for loading docks and trailers. Dock bumpers are available in a variety of sizes, shapes and types to meet diverse applications needs. Broken, missing, or misapplied loading dock bumpers can cause backing trailers to make damaging contact with your building. Our complete line of heavy-duty dock bumpers can help provide solutions for every truck dock application at your facility.
